Many of us take to comfort of our life for granted. Living in a warm flat and being able to buy food in a store are every-day things for many. However, some people live in a different lifestyle. Desert of Northern Chile


In the Desert of Northern Chile is located the driest place on the Earth. Between 1845 to 1936, for a duration of 91 years, there was not even a drop of rain.
Oymyakon


Another extreme is Oymyakon. It is the coldest town on Earth with an average low temperatures of -49.2°C (-57°F). The lowest record temperature was -68°C (-90°F).
Bonifacio (Corsica)


Bonifacio (Corsica) is located 230 ft above the surface of the Mediterranean Sea. It is located in the fortress with white limestone. It is on an altitude of 70 meters. However, now it is lower as the white limestone was eroded by the enormous waves. Would you dare to live in some of these houses on the edge of a cliff?
